Over the years, Rockland Textiles evolved into a business with a focus on home decor fabrics for drapery, bedding and upholstery. As well as quilting fabrics, foam and upholstery supplies. The recent 2012 sale of the business to the Ayoub family, added an on-site upholstery and sewing workroom which is able to turn out a full range of home decorating items. With the goal to renovate the entire store, they have already created a Drapery Hardware showroom, and a beautiful quilting room.
Owner Allan Ayoub has nearly 40 years experience in the upholstery business, and his wife, Patricia, is a master in the sewing and manufacturing department. Allan merged Rockland Textiles with his long running business: Al’s Drapery & Upholstery Factory to create the new Rockland Textiles. With expert trained upholsterers and sewers, Rockland Textiles is the ideal place to fully restore that favourite piece of furniture or create beautiful custom drapery to fit everyone’s home decorating needs. Headed by Jeremy and Carrie Ayoub, Rockland Textiles has a well monitored Succession Program in place where employees will be proficient in all areas of the home decor business, making Rockland Textiles not only one of the largest, but also the most successful decor business in the Ottawa and Gatineau area.
